 At some point in everybody’s life you get an invitation with a RSVP that includes a deadline for the response. At this point you need to let the host know whether you are coming or not – usually that’s all they ask of you and most invitations sent by mail include a stamped envelope for the response. You think this would be easy. You want everyone you invited to come or you would not have invited them.

Maybe we need a Billboard, a Commercial, Radio Ad, or some kind of Campaign,  some sort of way to get people to respond. Until that time there’s Still Time Left, LLC.

It’s a numbers  game. How many people did you invite and how many people are letting you know they are coming? You are planning a big event and you want and need to know the number of guests that will be attending.

There’s usually a cake – How big a cake?

If you are having a sit-down dinner, your paying by the plate – How many plates?

Centerpieces are per table – How many tables?

How much food, drinks, wine, beer, alcohol, champagne, bartenders, wait staff, decorations, favors, trinkets, napkins the list goes on and each one has a number.

If you don’t call the caterer, the caterer will call you and charge you accordingly. There could also be a minimum amount you are required to pay regardless of the number in attendance.

It’s your money and you want to spend it wisely based on the responses you have received. However, there is a cut-off point for you and the venue.

You shouldn't have to Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner or any other event. Still Time Left’s job is to make your life (prior to the event) easier. We have the time and if there’s still time left, we can help alleviate some of your stress and help you get the numbers you need.
